I also want to provide live chat service directly, can I co-manage live chat with MyLiveAgents?

Yes, you may also provide live chat directly to your clients and only use our service as a back up. We will create one or more chat agent accounts for you. The cost is extra $9.95 per seat per month, plus an once off setup fee of $29.95.

In addition to the monthly plans you offer, do you also have an Annual Subscription? If so, is there any discount involved?

Yes. If you sign up for a one-year subscription, we will give you an extra 15% chats, free!

Will I have to pay extra every time my FAQs are updated?

No. The continuous update of your FAQs is part of your monthly service fee, and you will pay nothing extra for it.

Do I get all features with the most basic version?

Yes, we provide all features in every plan we offer.

How does "Live Chatting" work?

The “Live Chat” button we design for you will appea your website. When a customer clicks on it, a window will open telling the customer they are connected with a live agent, and they can type in their questions. These will be responded to immediately, in real time, by one of the agents assigned to your account.

You can even choose the option of having a pop-up window appear asking if your customer would like to chat with an agent, once they have been on your web site for a few minutes.

Can I upgrade/downgrade to a different package at any time?

Yes. Simply visit “My Account,” select “Upgrade Account,” and select the new package you would like, and your billing for the following month will be billed the new amount.

What if I decide to cancel my account?

While we believe that you will be pleased with our service and the higher level of customer satisfaction and sales it provides, you may cancel your service at any time with a 5 day notice, there is no contract to sign.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card will automatically be billed every month.

How long will it take to set up my Live Chat capability?

Typically, from the time you sign up for a package, the entire process will be completed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the number of agents you require and the amount of information they need to learn.

Once you sign up, you will immediately be contacted by your Client Manager to review your site and begin working on your list of FAQs. Our graphic designers will also immediately look at your site and begin designing Live Chat button designs for you to choose from. As soon as you are satisfied with the list of FAQs, we will train the agents assigned to your account on your business model, with your help if you wish.

What changes are required to my web site?

We will generate a few lines of code and insert it into your site for you. The Live Chat button you select from the designs offered will also be inserted into your web site pages by our technicians. You need do nothing of a technical nature!
